Col. Prem Prakash comes with 34 years of service in the Indian Army. He brings with him a wealth of leadership and educational experience. After retiring in 2016, he has devoted himself to shaping young minds and supporting educators. As a certified resource person with CBSE and an expert in soft skills and career counseling, he believes in a modern approach to education-one that develops the whole person. Col Prakash values collaboration with parents and continuous faculty development to create institutions where creativity and confidence flourish.

Sunitha has over two decades of experience in the hospitality industry and is also a successful entrepreneur running her own microbrewery. She has enhanced her skills through professional development program at Cornell University and has trained senior managers in the hospitality industry. As a certified POSH and POSCO trainer, Sunitha is passionate about fostering safe, respectful, and inclusive workplaces. Her warm, people-centered approach ensures that every interaction is meaningful.
